- Changes done: The patient had Xanthelasma Palpebrarum involving both the upper and lower eyelids of the right & left eye. The lesions appeared as well-defined, yellowish cholesterol-rich plaques that were slightly elevated and followed the natural skin creases around the eyelids. The upper eyelid showed a larger elongated plaque near the inner corner of the eye, while the lower eyelid had a similarly shaped lesion extending along the infraorbital region.
